Boarding Routine & Care

Every day your cat is with us, we follow a consistent, caring routine:

  • Morning: Our technicians check in on each kitty to ensure they’re bright, alert, and comfortable.
  • We refresh food & water, clean the unit.
  • Evening: Another check to note appetite, elimination, grooming, behaviour, and overall comfort.
  • On weekends / non-business hours: Cats are still checked at least twice daily by a technician or boarding assistant.
  • If a cat has special needs (medications, diet, or additional monitoring), we coordinate care just as we do with our veterinary services.

These folks are so unbelievably kind, caring, and wonderful! I feel so very lucky to have them looking after my cat's health and well being. If you have only cats and can get to Media, I highly recommend them.

FAQs

Can I view my cat while they are staying?

Yes – only if your cat is in a Suite unit which includes a Nest camera, you’ll be able to view your cat remotely during their stay.

What happens if my cat needs medical care during boarding?

Because we are a full veterinary hospital, if any health concern arises during your cat’s stay we can assess and treat promptly.

Do you accept cats with special diets or medications?

Yes. We review diet and medication at admission and ensure your cat continues their routine. Please bring food in original packaging and medication clearly labelled.

Can I bring my cat’s favorite toy or blanket?

Absolutely. Bringing familiar items can ease stress and help your cat feel comfortable away from home.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for holiday travel periods. Space can fill quickly, and our feline-only boarding location is popular.

What if my cat is anxious or stressed in new environments?

We specialize in feline-friendly care. Let us know your cat’s behavior history and we’ll incorporate calming strategies. We’ll assign the unit best suited for comfort and privacy.
