Veterinary Assistant / Cat Friendly Veterinary Professional
Hello it’s so nice to meet you!
My name is Gabby and for the past 2.5 years I have been working closely with doctors as a veterinary technician. I had always known that one day my career would be centered around helping and taking care of animals.I started out working at the local animal shelter in media in Providence animal center, in October 2021 and immediately fell in love with our mission to help the helpless. I worked closely with team of doctors and other techs, treating a range of conditions varying from simple colds to animals in critical condition with parvo/panluek or serious injuries. After 2.5 years there I can proudly say shelter medicine has made me the vet tech I am today!
In April of 2024 I began working at The cat hospital of media as a part time employee, then as a full time employee in June. I’m very excited to see how I grow with my new team!!
In my free time I enjoy enjoy growing my Spanish skills, spending quality time with my dogs and kitty, finding new restaurants to enjoy with friends and of course learning new ways to be a better vet tech!
