Melissa A. Wojcik, DVM

Dr. Melissa Wojcik grew up in Hamilton, New Jersey and attended The Pennsylvania State University in Abington, Pennsylvania. Majoring in Life Science with a concentration in pre-medicine, Dr. Wojcik received her Bachelors of Science In 2006. Prior to veterinary school, Dr. Wojcik worked in pharmaceutical supply and manufacturing. On the weekends, she worked as a veterinary technician at a veterinary specialty and emergency center. It was there she realized her heart was in veterinary medicine.

In January 2010, Dr. Wojcik started her veterinary education at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in St. Kitts. She was chosen to complete her fourth year and clinical training at the Cornell University Hospital for Animals in Ithaca, NY and graduated in June 2013 with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Wojcik is a member of the American Veterinary Medicine Association, American Animal Hospital Association and American Association of Feline Practitioners.

Dr. Wojcik shares her life with 3 entertaining felines: A caribbean kitty, Harper, a sassy calico, Emma and her Ragdoll, Noah, who is considered the cat love of her life.

Dr. Wojcik is honored to play a role in advancing the development of feline therapeutics along side Dr. Kirnos. She is passionate about giving clients and patients her best effort every day and practicing medicine as a form of friendship, celebrating the special love of cats.
